Due to the intimate nature of our products and strict hygiene regulations, we offer a 30-day return window for unworn items with all original tags and sanitary liners intact. Please note that for your safety and the safety of others, items that have been tried on or removed from their original sealed packaging cannot be accepted.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and include your printed return authorization slip inside the box.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; be sure to retain your tracking receipt for your records.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the items for hygiene compliance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
